Mackenzie | Senior Portraits (Summer)
Growing up, I didn't take on much of a babysitting role like other girls my age. I was typically helping mom and dad around the house where I could. My brothers and I were so close in age that we pretty much took care of each other; plus, mom was fortunate to be able to stay home with us until I was in 5th grade. However, when I was in about 7th grade, another girl in my class asked if I would be able to fill in sitting for her after school. Not really knowing what to expect, I accepted. And let me tell you, this little girl was the best kid anyone could have hoped to watch. We played with stuffed animals, danced to Carrie Underwood, and played outside on their trampoline. I LOVED coming over to watch her after school.
Fast forward 11 years, and that little girl is getting ready to start her senior year! When Mackenzie said she wanted me to take her senior pictures, I was thrilled. This session was so much fun and nostalgic, thinking back to the years when we were just kids, being silly and having fun.
